Race 1 – GEE TEE TEE ridden cold as here got the perfect cart into the race and easily accounted for this lot with tempo to suit. He can win again placed suitably.

Race 2 – Not sure about this race going forward as a form reference. They absolutely crawled and sprinted home the last 600m. RELOADED had his birthday. Great ride by James McDonald. CUBA was entitled to do more looking at the figures but by the same notion NASH didn't ride the horse in the desired manner. If anything LUVOIR who is relatively lightly raced and wasn't well placed at the weights here ran well out of his skin.

Race 3 – GLITTER STRIP has been an incredibly hard horse to catch throughout its career and has produced a clear personal best to win this race. Ridden a treat and never looked like it wasn't going to win in the straight. LOVE TAP was ridden very negatively here and wasn't given much of a cart into the race having to make a wide run around them. Happy to forgive him and follow up in distance with his best being 1600-1800m.

Race 4 –  WARNING showed his class here winning clockwise way off a slow tempo. He will be better suited to Eagle Farm which also adds merit to the performance. SO YOU WIN is absolutely primed to win a race now. Ideally back to 1600m-1800m.

Race 5 – The spruik horse PRINCE OF BOOM has run out of it's skin off a good win on debut. The time they've run for 2YOs is very good. The pox on the race is that MAOTAI was scratched late after being well backed late and a lot of these simply not running upto their best with some questionable rides.

Race 6 – Slowly run race this and Rodd managed to steer CRIMINAL DEFENCE into the one one from the barrier 11 of 12. Monster effort by SENOR TOBA under the circumstances. He will relish a more genuine tempo in a Derby at Eagle Farm.

Race 7 – All credit to EDUARDO here who clearly wasn't at his best. He went hard early after being tested by some team Gollan riding that saw Graff sitting outside the lead for only the second time in his life. He was beaten nearly 11L. The run ons were entitled to do what they did and more so taking that and the time they've run into consideration this form may not be the best for the Stradbroke despite it's WFA status.

Race 8 – OUTBACK BARBIE had been running well against better horses without winning and she finally got away with a race. She sat 3 wide no cover. This is rubbish form.

Race 9 – AXE scored a deserved win here after controlling the race. LOVE STRUCK is going a lot better than his last 2 beaten margins would suggest. He's the horse to follow from this race next time out if he can get any sort of favours or be placed suitably.
